Muhammad Siddiq Al-Minshawi is renowned as one of the foremost Quranic reciters. Born in 1920 in Upper Egypt, he hails from a long line of scholars with his father, Sheikh Siddiq Al-Minshawi, and brother, Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Minshawi.

Having completed memorizing the Glorious Quran at the young age of 8, he is celebrated for his melodious voice and his talent for conveying the profound meanings of Quranic verses through his recitations.

Sheikh Muhammad Siddiq El-Minshawi extensively recorded the Qur'an Choir and produced numerous recitations in prominent locations like Al Aqsa Mosque, Kuwait, Syria, and Libya.

He passed away on June 20th, 1969 (Friday, 5 Rabi`e II, 1389 Hijri), may God have mercy on him.
